AgentKit is Coinbase's SDK for building AI agents with on-chain capabilities. An agent initialized with AgentKit gets a wallet, identity, and a set of tools — it can hold USDC, sign transactions, and interact with smart contracts on Base. The compliance question AgentKit surfaces is the same one every autonomous agent framework must answer: who is responsible when the agent transacts?
